Our Advanced Spinning Pole Dance class is designed for those who have mastered the aerial pole invert. In this dynamic course, you'll explore intricate spins, fluid transitions, and advanced choreography, all while enhancing your strength and control on the pole. You will be learning dragon tail and handspring in this term. Max 6 pax. Drop-in is welcome, go to "Pole Drop-In" under "Book Class" page and select the date for Saturday, 2pm.
