Groove Studio: Small Classes, Big Impact

Groove Studio, originally established as Groove Dance School in 2005, began as Singapore's first all-ladies pole studio. Over the years, we have transformed into a vibrant hub for fitness and dance, celebrating health and well-being through the joy of movement. Today, we offer pole dancing, aerial hoop, aerial silk, aerial hammock, heels dance, exotic dance and stretch & strengthening class, creating a space for individuals to explore and express themselves in a positive and artistic way.​​

​At Groove Studio, small class sizes are at the heart of our teaching philosophy. With a maximum of 6 students per pole class and 4 per heels and aerial class, this intimate setting allows our instructors to provide tailored guidance and real-time feedback. By adapting instructions to suit individual needs, we ensure that every student receives the attention they deserve, making learning more effective, safe, and enjoyable.

 

​This personalized approach supports our focus on building strong foundations in pole and aerial fitness. Our structured, progressive syllabus emphasizes mastering fundamental techniques with precision, ensuring students develop strength, flexibility, and confidence in every session. This allows students to consistently improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, fostering confidence and self-awareness that extends beyond the studio.
